Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility At NUTRA TEIN, we maintain uncompromising quality standards for all sports nutrition supplements. You are eligible to initiate a return or replacement under the following conditions: - The request is submitted within **7 calendar days** of verified package delivery. - The item delivered is physically damaged, leaked in transit, has an expired batch date, or differs in flavor, size, or formula from the variant you ordered. - The product's outer safety shrink-wrap, batch serial, barcode label, and original carton packaging are intact (unless documenting pre-existing outer transit damage).

2. Non-Returnable Products and Conditions To maintain strict health, safety, and FSSAI sanitary standards for ingestible nutritional supplements, the following cannot be returned or refunded: - Products whose inner safety seal or freshness induction seal has been broken or removed. - Products where the customer changed their mind or has a personal taste/flavor preference mismatch after unsealing. - Products damaged due to improper customer storage (exposure to direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or unsealed exposure). - Requests submitted after the 7-day delivery window has elapsed.

3. Damaged Product Reporting If your package arrives crushed, punctured, or leaking: - Take clear photos and an unboxing video showing the outer shipping label, damaged carton, and product seal. - Email **nutratein@gmail.com** or WhatsApp **+91 877 906 0033** within **48 hours** of delivery with your Order ID. - Our quality team will review your ticket within 24 business hours to arrange an expedited replacement.

4. Incorrect Product Delivery If you received an incorrect flavor, size, or product formula: - Keep the tub completely sealed and unopened. - Notify our support team with a photograph of the received item and your invoice. - We will arrange a complimentary pickup and immediately dispatch the correct product at zero additional cost.

5. Missing Items If an item from your multi-product order is missing: - Verify your shipment tracking link to check whether your order was split into multiple parcels. - If the single parcel arrived incomplete, notify our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the received contents and shipping label for swift dispatch of the missing unit.

6. Order Cancellation Conditions - **Before Dispatch**: You may cancel any order free of charge before it is picked up by the courier. A 100% immediate refund will be issued to your original payment method. - **After Dispatch**: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery at the door when the courier arrives.

7. Refund Approval Process 1. **Request Submission**: Submit your request via the Contact page or email with order proof. 2. **Reverse Pickup**: Our courier partners will collect the unopened item from your delivery address. 3. **Physical Inspection**: Upon arrival at our fulfillment center, our quality control team inspects the return within 48 hours. 4. **Approval & Credit**: Once verified, refund approval is communicated via email and SMS.

8. Refund Processing Time - **UPI Payments** (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm): 2 to 4 business days. - **Net Banking**: 3 to 5 business days. - **Credit / Debit Cards**: 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's billing cycle. - **Cash on Delivery (COD)**: 3 to 5 business days after you provide your bank account details or UPI ID for direct transfer.

9. Refund Payment Method All electronic refunds are credited strictly back to the original source account used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed securely via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or verified UPI ID.
